Synopsis "Mister Match (in English)"
Meet Adam Match: charming, confident, and a total catch. As founder and face of dating website Mister-Match.com, Adam is a celebrity gossip darling-du-jour, and his business is a runaway success. His personal life, on the other hand... Not so much. Adam does his best to keep his private life private. After all, if the gossip rags caught wind of the fact that Mister Match is a lonely divorcé, they'd be circling like sharks in no time. Which is just what happens when Adam meets massage therapist Lisa DeLuca. An instant, mutual attraction leads to a seemingly harmless lunch date, which turns into an outright circus as paparazzi photographers swarm. When a cutthroat journalist backs Adam into a corner, he tells a desperate little lie-that Lisa, the woman he's known all of an hour, is his fiancée. In an instant, Lisa's pleasantly humdrum life is caught up in a tornado, but Lisa is in the eye of the storm. Without cable, a Smartphone or Internet access (it's a long story), she doesn't realize her face is suddenly plastered across celebrity websites as Mister Match's "secret bride." Besides, she's busy dealing with her newfound attraction to Adam. She really, really likes this guy. But she's learned the hard way that handsome men can't be trusted, and she's not about to ruin the new life she's worked so hard to build by falling for Mister Match. Plus, her two meddling best friends, Clare and Willow, have appointed themselves Lisa's fairy god-Cupids, setting her up on Mister-Match.com to find her a good man. Suddenly, Lisa has more men on her plate than she knows what to do with-including Adam, who comes to her with the oddest plea: to pretend to be his betrothed for a week or two. Suddenly, Lisa is spending her weeks meeting men chosen for her by her best friends, and her weekends with Adam. In no time, a bevy of celebrity gossip bloggers are accusing her of cheating on her supposed fiancé. And there's another little problem: Lisa is falling head over heels for Mister Match. She can't deny that after a tough few years, having so many options is kind of delicious. Can a girl have her cake and eat it too? Or will Lisa ultimately have to make a choice-to cling to her hard-won independence, or to follow her heart?
