Midwest chronicles is a series of urban short stories based out of the cities of; Chicago, Gary, Milwaukee, and Detroit. While each character has their own unique love for the streets, they each deal with the hardships of what comes with the life they chose.Family Over Everything- Tia is a fierce young beauty who lives a high profile lifestyle, after she takes over her late step fathers operation. Life seemed to be going great until she finds out that someone close to her is trying to have her brother, Tank killed. Worse New Years Ever- Kerri's fiancé seems to be unreachable on New Years Eve, but that isn't the first time he's pulled a stunt like that. Instead of worrying about him all night, she decides she doesn't want to spend the holiday alone. After a long night of drinking and partying, she wakes up the next morning wit a long list of regrets and later finds out the real reason for her man's disappearance. Right Place, Wrong Time- Mack is one of the biggest hustlers in Detroit. He's handsome, rich, but still a bachelor. He's always searching for a new lady to get close to and by being blinded by a new pretty face, he almost loses everything he worked so hard for.Break Up Letters- Toyah writes her soon to be ex, John one final letter before she leaves him for good. She reminds him of their horriffic relationship and goes into detail about why she doesnt want to be with him anymore. As soon as she's about to leave, John pops up and decides to write a letter of his own.Stuck In The Game- Dynasti and Normie are two of the hottest strippers in Chicago. After meeting up with one of their favorite clients before a big party, they later have to prove their innocence after discovering somebody is trying to set them up to take the fall for a tragic event.Crazy In Love- Nicole loves being showered with money and gifts from her latest love interest, but he seems to express his love in a way she isn't comfortable with.
