Synopsis "Management von HER2-positivem Brustkrebs (in German)"

Trotz der Weiterentwicklung des therapeutischen Managements ist Brustkrebs nach wie vor eine der häufigsten Krebsarten weltweit. Diese therapeutische Entwicklung beinhaltet das Auftreten neuer prognostischer und prädiktiver Faktoren wie Hormonrezeptoren und das Onkogen HER2. Brustkrebsgewebe kann nämlich empfindlich auf Steroidhormone (Östrogen und Progesteron) reagieren, man spricht dann von hormonabhängigem Krebs, der auf eine Hormontherapie anspricht. Da eine der häufigsten Genveränderungen bei dieser Erkrankung die Amplifikation des Onkogens HER2 ist, die zu einer Überexpression seines Onkoproteins führt, wurde eine neue Therapie entwickelt. In unserer retrospektiven Studie über einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren haben wir festgestellt, dass die Inzidenz von Brustkrebs im Hôpital Militaire Régionale Universitaire d'Oran (HMRUO) stabil geblieben ist und wir haben auch das therapeutische Management bewertet.
