Synopsis "Los Mutilados"

Franz Polzer, empleado de banco, atrapado durante décadas en una rutina mediocre y embrutecedora, se hospeda en casa de Klara Porges, una viuda todavía joven que lo esclaviza. Karl Fanta, amigo de la infancia de Polzer, rico, cínico e inválido, y Sonntag, su enfermero, un religioso exaltado y antiguo matarife, se instalan en casa de Klara Porges. Ungar nos presenta a estos personajes, con sus miedos y fantasías, su codicia, su sadismo y su desamparo, con un estilo que combina la desgarradora fuerza del expresionismo con la impasible lucidez del objetivismo.
