Synopsis "Lidocain und Prävention von Kehlkopfschmerzen nach der Intubation (in German)"

Kehlkopf- oder Halsschmerzen sind nach orotrachealer Intubation häufig. Die Kontrolle dieser Morbiditäten ist durch mehrere Methoden möglich, darunter Lidocain, das nach wie vor das Molekül der Wahl zur Verhinderung dieser Beschwerden ist. Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, die Wirkung von Lidocain in zwei Verabreichungstechniken (Ballon und intravenös) im Vergleich zu Placebo zur Kontrolle von Kehlkopfschmerzen nach Operationen, die eine Vollnarkose mit orotrachealer Intubation erforderten und weniger als 240 Minuten dauerten, zu bewerten.Wir kamen zu dem Schluss, dass beide Lidocain-Verabreichungstechniken die Kehlkopfschmerzen nach der Intubation im Vergleich zur Kontrolle verringerten, wobei die Kontrolle zugunsten des alkalisierten Ballon-Lidocains besser war.
