Synopsis "Letters From St. Nicholas (in English)"
Letters from St. Nicholas by Ozark Mark is an inspiring tale which tells the story of Nicholas Gunderson, a pastor who loses his way and finds redemption through a spiritual awakening at a Salvation Army center in Chicago, and purpose through participation in the St. Nicholas Society. Through the society, Nicholas receives a placement as a pastor at a church in southwest Missouri, through which he writes Christmas letters from "St. Nicholas" to individuals he knows that are dealing with different struggles, making an impact on their lives. This is a story of hope and redemption with second chances for people who have fallen. Readers will enjoy this story of tragedy and triumph and be reminded of the true meaning of Christmas, the gift of our Lord Jesus Christ. Mark Haslett grew up in Akron, Ohio where he graduated from East High School. He attended Vennard College in University Park, Iowa. He graduated in 1975 with a B A in Bible and Theology. He has also served with his wife Sue as Salvation Army officers with combined service of thirty-seven years in four different states.
