Now all she has left in the world is her estranged best friend and neighbor James Riley, who she may or may not still be in love with. Unfortunately, James seems to be shrouded in mystery and secrets himself. Using her uncle's journal as a guide, Norah sets out on her own myth-chase to find answers. She is soon plunged into a secret, ancient world of Icelandic myth. Here magical stones are the answer for everything, giant fire-breathing bats could be hiding inside the body of even the kindest stranger, and pure love is stronger than death. Norah soon discovers that Uncle Jack's final myth-chase-tracking down the truth behind the ancient Legend of the Cobbogothians-may just hold the answers to all of her questions . . . including the ones about her own mysterious past.
