What this book does is explain the radical institutional reforms that will restore us as the model of what the good society should be. We shall immediately recover the hi-jacked broadcasting system and place it at the service of the people and society; transform the public finance system to allow a rational allocation between private and public spending; launch the mega-projects that will convert the economy into a low emitter of carbon, and with a better quality of life; and put an end to the absurd cycle of boom and bust.
