Das Ziel dieser Studie war es, die chemischen Komponenten, die Toxizität, das antioxidative Potential und die larvizide Aktivität des ätherischen Öls von Aniba rosaeodora Ducke gegen Aedes aegypti-Larven zu bestimmen. Im Toxizitätstest variierte die LC50 von 582 mg L-1 bis 282 mgL-1 und wurde als nicht toxisch eingestuft. Das EO zeigte larvizide Aktivität mit einer LC50 von 41,07 mgL-1 und relevante antioxidative Aktivität. Anhand der gefundenen Ergebnisse konnte bewertet werden, dass das analysierte EO aus Substanzen besteht, die eine gute larvizide Wirkung gegenüber Aedes aegypti haben, was sein Anwendungspotenzial fördert.
