One day Chef Rafael learned how a transparent food supply chain would provide benefits such as food safety, fresh food, less food waste and food fraud, and he envisioned building such a network for his restaurant... This story is the first in the Blockchain in Latin America series, exploring the potential use of the emerging blockchain technology in a social and cultural context.
