Das Buch beabsichtigt, im Zuge einer Neubestimmung seines Denkens die vorliegenden Erkenntnisse der Staatstheorie von Marx aufzugreifen und diesen jeweils klassische Konzeptionen und neuere Positionen der Staatsdiskussion - wie die Horkheimers und Adornos - zuzuordnen.
