Synopsis "Issues with Imperialism: HOW TO READ THE RUSSIA-UKRAINE WAR: What is the West looking for at Russia's Border? (in English)"

This book reflects from human nature to review the Russia-Ukraine war. From that reflection, it brings out a theme of 'fear' as both the cause and effect of the war, and then casts a 'whispering fear' that the war may lead to global conflagration as, most likely, the current check on the US-led West's advance on Russia. With NATO involvement, however, how else may this war end? It is certainly a very difficult war for all the parties. This is because it has an independent cause. The author discusses this cause, with probing questions as: why have the two neighbours gone into such a bloody enterprise? International manipulation? Why? Actually, of whose interest is the war? And what is the source of this interest? He explains the role of fear in this complex system of international politics. Because, according to him, the whole gamut of human life is anchored by 'fear'; arguing that, fear is what drives international politics. This is the diagnostic presentation that this book offers on the unfortunate event of the Russia-Ukraine war, thereby revealing its unique and scientific perspective. The book is a product of 21 months of observation and study of the war. The war was researched, studied and processed within the theoretical and philosophical frameworks of Realism and Causality, and a non-narrative historical framework of imperialism. This method was to distill from history resources which may be useful for the present world in its circumstance of an entrapping war. This book has a double academic value, in that it has the characteristics of both a book and an article. As a book, it presents historical facts, figures and patterns within the boundaries of history, theory and philosophy. Like an article, it has synthetized these facts, figures and patterns to generate a different perspective for the Russia-Ukraine war, within new general perspectives and perceptive understanding of the international political environment. It thereby opens into an alternative view of the Russia-Ukraine crisis to expand the frontier of knowledge. The book has been developed as a technical, practical and historical document on the Russia-Ukraine war. The author focused on the US' international behaviours(USib) to analyze and define the war. This was a difficult approach to the discourse on the war, which then required a delicate technique to deliver the book. Because the author is a journalist and scholar, he was able to combine academic and journalistic methods and tools to diagnose the conflict. He is thereby able to make the book a fluid analytical presentation on what he has termed the "R-U Straight"(R\U s). It is written in simple and everyday language. The book is an original, intentional and trenchant work. It is thought provoking, and a product of deep reflection and critical thinking. It offers a profound exploration of both the independent and dependent causes of the embedding war. As an investigative scholar, the author's approach to issues and study of historical events, which the Russia-Ukraine conflict has become, is principled on the critical question: 'Why'. Thus, without bias, prejudice or any nationalistic sentiment, and being free from any affiliate restriction, consideration or censuring, the author has been able to exercise alternative thinking to present in this book a scientific and critical view of the events of the Russia-Ukraine war. Through his philosophical, theoretical and historical analyses, the author invites readers to reflect on the complexity of the Russia-Ukraine war from unique perspectives of human frailty, international power and the nature of international political environment. Opening with the new definition of imperialism, the book gives new information while making reflective and creative use of extant materials. The combined effect of the methods used for its presentation is that the book is fit for universal readership; because we are all involved.
