Synopsis "Interaktion zwischen Auxin und Brassinosteroiden in Mais und Bohnen (in German)"

Phytormone werden von den Pflanzen selbst produziert und lösen eine Reihe von physiologischen Reaktionen aus. In dieser Arbeit haben wir analoge Formulierungen von Brassinosteroiden (BR) und Auxinen (AIA) verwendet. Es ist bekannt, dass BR die durch biotische und abiotische Stressfaktoren verursachten Schäden abmildern können. Ziel dieses Versuchs war es, das Potenzial von BR bei der Abschwächung oder Potenzierung von Schäden zu bewerten, die durch das Auxin-Herbizid (2,4D) bei der Bohne "Jalo" und der Maissorte "UENF 508-6" verursacht werden. Die Behandlungen waren: Kontrolle (ohne Anwendung von EIA oder BR), EIA (1000mg/L), BR- (0,1mg/L), BR+ (1,0 mg/L), EIA gefolgt von BR-, EIA gefolgt von BR+, BR- gefolgt von EIA, BR+ gefolgt von EIA (5 Wiederholungen pro Behandlung) in der Blütephase (Bohne) und der vegetativen Entwicklung (Mais). Die Pflanzen wurden in Töpfen (30 l) mit Kultursubstrat (Mischung aus Filterkuchen: Ton: Mist) in einem Vegetationshaus (unkontrollierte Bedingungen) am Instituto Superior de Tecnologia em Ciências Agrárias in Campos dos Goytacazes/RJ angebaut.
