Comienza con la descripción de la Instrumentación Analógica no planteada en el VOL1, esto es, Instrumentación de Motor, seguida de la Autónoma y de la Instrumentación Integrada; se hace un repaso por la Instrumentación Digital principal, es decir, Sistemas Anticolisión, Sistemas de Avisos de Proximidad a Tierra, Avisos Integrados, etc; el VOL2 incluye un capítulo especial dedicado a los Sistemas de Indicación y Control de Instrumentación Electrónica, donde nos centramos en el "cockpit" particular del avión B737-600, terminando con una comparativa fotográfica de las cabinas analógicas respecto de las cabinas de "cristal", esto es, de presentación digital.
