Synopsis "In-vitro-Hämolyse-Screening in der zellulären Hämatologie (in German)"

Hämolyse ist eine Ursache für Non-Compliance, die die Gültigkeit der CBC-Ergebnisse beeinträchtigen kann. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, die Leistungsfähigkeit von zwei von Lippi und Al entwickelten in vitro Hämolyse-Screening-Formeln zu bewerten (Formel 1: [HT/Hb] x 100 und Formel 2 ist [Ht/Hb] x √ VGM). Methode: 217 Vollblutproben, die auf EDTA für CBC gesammelt wurden, wurden eingeschlossen (H0).
