Synopsis "If Only They Knew (in English)"
Tamia "Mia" Jackson is a young and beautiful fourteen-year-old girl who believes that she can do anything her little heart desires. Being the only child, she acquires more freedom to do as she pleases. Although she grew up in the suburbs, it doesn't take long for Mia to find her way to the wrong side of the streets. It's there where she decides to become who she really wants to be - a hood girl. Mia is easily enticed by the fast and reckless lifestyle that comes with being a hood girl. She thinks she's ready for that life, but she has no clue what is really in store on the other side of her suburban neighborhood. It wasn't until she met nineteen-year-old Drew that she found out what that life was really about. Between hanging-out in the action-filled streets of Mississippi, the power of sex, and losing her young innocence- Mia gets the ride of her life. She quickly finds herself in some uncompromising situations and hiding secrets to cover up her mischievous ways becomes her routine. Of course, she's not getting into these shenanigans all by herself. Her bestie, Sky, is right along with Mia for her own set of reasons. Never learning the consequences of her actions, Mia continues to push life to the limits. With Grandma Rose right there to clean up her mess and the truth being half-told, it made the pleasure even sweeter. Only if they knew...
