Synopsis "I Already Love You (in English)"

And if God granted you one wish instantly-- what would it be? Since I already love you you can tell me the most quiet secrets of your heart intimately the moments you treasure the days you would forget the things you longed for before we met and even the things you would change in me. Because I love you and the past is history. Here we have poems of discovery of love, the early passion that matures into true love for another person, for love for those who have died and love for every creature that walks in our footsteps. An early poem celebrating the passion of physical love in the collection is "Night on the Beach": The sand cool against my cheek and warm against the rest of me sparkles in the flicker of firelight wrm, moist with wanting, body weak casting our future into the night. Solumn silhouette of sleeping canoe reminds me of tomorrow the sharp shafts of sunlight pacifying the body's sorrow. But now, an eternal now clthes our bones with dark shelters our sin with moonlight grace graces our limbs with glow readiates our resting place silver streamers stretching to shore. And wrapped in his wamth I share the bone and softness of him moist on his foam, floating bare on the pillow of his body's swim. And shsdows play patterns on his face with grey gathering to dim. Inside me, warm and light flecked with fire, effervescent and bright I hold the essence of him. The collection ends with a section of deeper poems revealing the mystical quality of love: From a Lost Fragment (Inspired by a Zen Buddhist scrip) Beware among popular men attractive women men who need you practical men experts men who play roles men who watch television sets. This collection also has a section of poems by my son, Clayton, as he pursues love with Luba, Clara Voyant and other ladies while writing poems for his daughter, Brittany, and his mother, Anna, who edited the collection.
