Synopsis "Humanistic Poetry: The role of poetry in balancing, and moderating human behavior, and speech (in English)"
Why do we write poetry, generally speaking, what is the purpose involved? Poetry, like any other forms of artistic expressions, like music, and painting, are the expressions of our hidden sentiments, in our unconscious, which exposes our inner feelings, and once presented in written form, it would make our feelings naked, which otherwise would have remained as untold secrets of our lives. Every body in his genetic make-up, and social experiences, is a natural artist. Billions of people never get a chance to express their artistic abilities. Therefore, we have a lop-sided culture, reduced to a very small minority, which have financial means to have their ideas known to others An artist could expose the short-comings of our society, and provide a new horizon for seeing things in different lighting, and new dimensions. We have to have open mind to decipher the personal and social messages in any artistic work.
