Sadly, this has been the outcome of many who have entered high school. I believe that every student who steps through the gates of high school is a potential candidate for college. But sad to say, somewhere between the seventh grade and graduation we lose either partial or complete focus off of why we entered high school. The desire to fit in and be a part of something and escape the issues of home life now out values a desire to fulfill ones dream.
