Synopsis "Healing Ourselves Naturally (in English)"
WHY WE WROTE THIS BOOK... Inspired by my wife, Monika's own perilous journey from near death to a vibrant, healthy life, I have decided to share our life experiences and accumulated wisdom here in this book. The old proverb of 'Never knowing what to be grateful for until you've lost it' is appropriate here. Against incredible odds, Monika has survived several brain surgeries and now lives a healthy, vibrant life. She is the most positive, grateful person I have ever known. She takes nothing for granted and has a heart truly made of gold. My thankfulness for our life and all of the abundance is beyond measure. May you find your gratitude and your heart of gold as you read these words... for it is you for whom they were written. The belief that one's accumulated knowledge and wisdom is valuable and could actually inspire others in a positive way is absolutely essential before embarking on the journey of sharing it in the form of a book, a lecture, a video, or other means of expression. After much encouragement from my wife, Monika, I am finally letting go of what she calls my 'Shyness' in sharing my life's experiences in the field of Natural Healing. If we, as human beings, are truly on a quest to 'Wake Up' to the truth of who we are, Life will accommodate us at every turn, giving us hints along the way. Sometimes subtle... sometimes rather not so subtle. I have to admit, there were times when I was less than enthusiastic with what Life had to offer me and I naturally put up a terrible fight and, consequently, suffered. It took me up until recently in my Life's journey of 'Waking Up', to completely stop resisting and see and accept everything that happens as a lesson and continued guidance towards what I like to call 'Transcendence' or in other words, 'Pure Consciousness'. Personal Life Experience, I believe, is the only true way to teach or convey wisdom to others. It is with this declaration that I wish to say to you, the reader, that you must find your own way. Use the writings in this book only a guide, a sign post, or a finger pointing the way. Do not believe one word of what is written here, even though it is the truth and based on real life experience. This book is intended to inspire you. To encourage you to question everything you know. Everything you've been told and led to believe as as a way to live your live... since childhood. Start investigating. Find out for yourself. Discover how to Heal yourself. Completely. Body, Mind, and, Spirit. Dig deeply.
