In addition, in one small area of the southern United States, the fragile social order within the Ozark Mountains of Missouri stepped backwards over hundred years as electricity, computers, and modern vehicles all disappeared from the landscape forever. Here lays the tale that was to chronicle the events of that the terrible spring and summer which were revealed prior to this. As a handful of individuals struggled to carve out a new way of life from hard rocky soil of Missouri. And in doing so, gave hope and inspiration to others at a time when it was greatly needed. Even so, there were still dark forces at work as the darkness reigns.
