Its one of the first poetry books published by an American poet that has been translated into colloquial Arabic and the Kabilye language. Sophia Agag, an Algerian Berber is a contributor. This book is a book of love poems and the English is mixed with Algerian Arabic and Kabilye Berber language as well. GHOUL means monster and WAGHZEN means monster in Berber. Ghoul is a true story based on the summer of 2019 in both New York City and in Tizi Ouzou Algeria.
