What will you get out of reading this book? The answer is very simple; I believe this book is the solution to a viral disease in our society called averageness. This book will help you break away from this disease and put your dreams into gear. This book will make you believe in your dreams again. This book will push you to obtain everything you want in life. This book will force you to realize just how powerful you truly are and it will help you fight through the adverse times that are inevitable in life. Most of us have been told since we were kids that our dreams are unobtainable, to be realistic, and not dream too big, as if this type of advice would save us from some big upset down the road. Truth be told the people who give this type of advice gave up on their dreams a long time ago and since they gave up on their dreams they try encourage others to do the same. Reality is, most of us don't dream big enough. Most of us truly don't understand the power we possess. Most of us don't understand that our dreams aren't too far-fetched if we are willing to work at it day in and day out, roll with the punches life throws, and never give up! Get Back Up is uniquely different than your ordinary self-help book. This book is not written from the perspective of a super-rich, super-successful person. This book isn't about becoming ultra- successful or becoming a millionaire because I'm neither one of those things, this book is about the journey from being an average thinker and an average doer to becoming the absolute best version of you. This book is about stepping into your purpose realizing your gifts and putting your dreams and your passions into gear. Get Back Up isn't just the title of this book it's an overall mind-set shift and a lifestyle that I have adapted for myself. I grew up in poverty, I didn't have a father in my life, I fell into the trap of averageness and began to think that where I was, was where I was destined to be. I have been knocked down by life so many times that I lost count. At times I felt hopeless like life wasn't worth living. I almost gave up... I almost settled but I decided that my dream was worth living and dying for. So instead of making excuses or settling I began to take charge of my life and I haven't looked back since. I want you to know that if it is possible for me to completely turn my life around then it is more than possible for you! It is my prayer and my goal that this book finds you where you are and helps you in some way.
