Synopsis "Geneva's Promise: The Messenger (in English)"
Continuing the Geneva series, in Geneva's Promise, book two, Geneva stumbles upon a young homeless woman and her two kids, and listens to her heart, taking them in. Before even knowing their story, she, Elijah, along with Terry and his wife Sherry, start caring for them with no questions asked. Little by little, details of their situation start to surface and lead to a chain of events and a path no one ever saw coming. Many struggles regarding her estranged husband Chris come into play as Emily, the young woman, travels down the road of hurt and pain, then leading to love, faith, trust, and God. One minute they had no one, but through the miracle of being found by Geneva, they ended up with people who truly loved them. Emily, longing for Chris, begins fighting through doubts and the anxiety of what the future holds for them. Embedded anger deep inside of her is transformed by one kind act from a stranger, leading them away from the dark tunnel they were in, to one filled with light...where the answer was all along.
