Synopsis "Foundations of Civilization VOL II (in English)"
This exercise in People's Intelligence, is put together, in response to the urgent need of the times, with many suffering, from lack of a guide, who passed that way before, encountered the pitfalls, and can help fellow pilgrims, travelling through this valley of decision, to avoid them. In Vol II of the 'Foundation of Civilization' information, and the nature of establishment, which is kept out of the public domain is explored, along with the evidence that is kept secret from prying eyes. All that is presented, here, has been thought, said, intuited, understood, by someone, somewhere, at some time, or other, openly, to others, or even spoken in public to a number of people. It may be, that the combination, of reportage, here, is individual, personal, creatively fresh; but so far as the author is aware, it has not been seen, elsewhere, in this form, or anything else, very much like it. Therefore, none of it, can in any way, be construed, as an infringement, of the Official Secrets Act, and subject to editing out, to continue keeping people in the dark, as to the choices, that they have.
