In 1920's Chicago, Illinois, a Jazz musician named Stanley Eldridge, and his sister, Starly, are forced to play music for a rich smuggling Syndicate Boss who kidnaps Stanley's sister and plans to kill the singer and trumpet player if they don't comply. .Armed with only a Flamethrowing trumpet, Stanley battles the Syndicates Assassins and Thieves.
