It is a result of the authors using PowerPoint and presenting the slides in his Pastor/Leaders conferences around the world for over 30 years. The material has been presented in large conferences and in small groups. Throughout this workbook you will be challenged, not only by its content but by the searching questions. This workbook is written for Leaders who want to be a great leader for their King and to train others to be great leaders also. There is basic information that we need upon which all other knowledge gained is built. Without knowing what this basic information is, the Church has taught on everything most of which is good but not important. There are pieces of the puzzle that must be put together in order to see the Grand Plan that God has for His creation. We must be able to connect all the dots. This thought is what is behind the writing and teaching in "Fast-Track to Significance". The Church has become lazy therefore; it has become an echo instead of a voice that has influence. Its Leaders are trying to go to the same place using new and different methods but without a new vision. This world system has a vision and is committed to that vision. It is a vision without God. It is going to create an Utopia which the World leaders have ALREADY bought into. The wheels are already turning. Billions of dollars have already been invested by the nations of the world. Unless the Church is awakened to the Joy and Reality of Kingdom Living, the citizens of the world will buy into its lies just like Adam and Eve bought into the lie of Satan. Lack of knowledge is no excuse for failure. Jesus is not building His Church to fail. The Church is in warfare that it is not prepared to fight. It has no knowledge of the Kingdom of God, its culture, its territory nor the character of its citizens. It is not comfortable with the Supernatural. Nor does the Church feel a need for Transformation and Empowerment. The Church is hearing but their ears have become dull of hearing. The Church must have a kingdom mindset or worldview. Up until now it has thought that everything that God has done is for their benefit and has given no thought about 'what's in it' for God who created it all. "Fast-Track to Significance" is written to help Pastors and Leaders to bring before the people of God the purposes of God. It is written to prepare the people for the greatest harvest this earth has every witnessed. The local churches that catch the vision will be those that are being led by the Holy Spirit through a Transformational process. This vision was first given to Abraham and then proclaimed by the prophets and finally by Jesus Christ Himself "Fast-Track to Significance" is presented to the Church to make the best use of its time before the worst catastrophes ever witnessed by modern man come upon us. I'm not talking about the great tribulation; I'm talking about the natural consequences of the lawlessness and evil in this World.
