We should drink more water, eat better, get lots of sleep, and exercise. Right? But that’s easier said than done! After trying a series of 30-day challenges to varying degrees of success, Julie van Amerongen found her tribe in an amazing community of runners known as streakers (no, not the ones who take their clothes off!) who run Every.Single.Day. without fail. She became hooked.
