Der Grad der Wahrnehmung ethischer Praktiken in Personalauswahlverfahren im öffentlichen Sektor ist meist mittel-niedrig und ein hohes Niveau in Bezug auf die Wahrnehmung der Möglichkeit, den Auswahlprozess durch ethisch geprägte Ma nahmen zu verbessern. Der Einfluss ethischer Praktiken auf Auswahlverfahren wird erläutert, wobei neun für die Ethik charakteristische Praktiken festgelegt werden, die bei der Entwicklung von Auswahlverfahren angewendet werden können.
