Die Forschung wird mit dem Ziel durchgeführt, ein System von Aktivitäten zu entwickeln, um die Fähigkeit zur chronologischen Ordnung bei Schülern der neunten Klasse der ESBEC José Martí zu entwickeln. Das Unterrichtsmaterial ist wie folgt strukturiert: eine Einführung, Entwicklung, Schlussfolgerungen, Empfehlungen, Literaturhinweise, Bibliographien und Anhänge. In der Entwicklung werden einige Tendenzen im Geschichtsunterricht seit der Kolonialzeit, die Bedeutung der Vermittlung historischer Fakten in der heutigen Zeit, die Bedeutung der Entwicklung von Lehrkompetenzen sowie allgemeine methodische Überlegungen zu deren Ausbildung und Entwicklung dargestellt. Bei der Behandlung der Fähigkeit, chronologisch zu ordnen, wird die Charakterisierung des Faches in der neunten Klasse und der Schüler in dieser Klasse präzisiert. Die Grundlagen des Systems der Aktivitäten und die Art und Weise, wie es in das Programm des Faches Geschichte Kubas eingefügt wird, werden vorgestellt.
