Synopsis "Эфирные масла и наноэмул (in Russian)"

O estudo teve como objetivo avaliar o profile quimico e atividade larvicida do oil essencial (OE) e nanoemulsões oil-em-agua (O/A) das folhas das Eucalyptus globulus Labil e Ocimum africanum Lour. Было обнаружено значительное общее количество фенолов, коррелирующее с эффективной антиоксидантной активностью. Эфирные масла не показали высокой токсичности в наших тестах на токсичность. Мы наблюдали ларвицидное действие ЭО E. globulus и O. africanum при LC50 26,58 мг L-1 и LC50 35,89 мг L-1, соответственно, и их наноэмульсий при LC50 12,01 мг L-1 и 14,75 мг L-1. Благодаря полученным результатам было доказано ларвицидное и усиленное действие наноэмульсий в проведенных тестах. Наконец, данное исследование показывает эффективную ларвицидную активность против личинок Aedes aegypti, и его применение в районах борьбы с переносчиками арбовирусов приветствуется.
