Unser Ziel ist es, organische Moleküle mit Anti-Krebs-Aktivität zu synthetisieren. Dieses Protokoll bietet einen Syntheseweg für die effiziente Synthese von 1,4-Thiazepinen. Alle synthetisierten Moleküle wurden auf ihre Zytotoxizität hin untersucht. Wir haben die synthetisierten 1,4-Thiazepine gegen sechs Zelllinien getestet, nämlich "Pankreas (PANC1), Nieren (ACHN), Dickdarm (HCT116), nicht-kleinzellige Lunge (H460), Lunge (CALUl) und normales Brustepithel (MCF10A)" mit zwei Konzentrationsstufen von 1μM und 10μM.
