Der Globus-Amaranth(Gomphrena globosa L.) gehört zur Familie der Amaranthaceae und ist in Indien heimisch. Junggesellenknopf und Ewige Blüte sind einige Namen für ihn.Sie ist eine der wichtigsten losen Blumen, die in Indien angebaut werden. Schnittblumen und getrocknete Blüten von Gomphrena werden für Girlanden, Pomander, Blumensträu e, Blumenarrangements und Innendekorationen verwendet. Stickstoff verbessert das vegetative Wachstum, und der Abstand zwischen den Pflanzen auf dem Feld ist sehr wichtig und spielt eine bedeutende Rolle bei der Bestimmung des Pflanzenwachstums und der Entwicklung. Es gibt nur wenige Informationen über die Auswirkungen von Stickstoff und Pflanzenabständen auf Wachstum, Blüte und Ertrag von Gomphrena, insbesondere in der Region Süd-Saurashtra.
