Einsendeaufgabe aus dem Jahr 2017 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Allgemeine Psychologie, Note: 1,3, SRH Fernhochschule, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In dieser Arbeit werden Heiders Handlungsanalyse, die Emotionsmessung und die Emotionale Führung näher betrachtet. Schon seit Jahrhunderten beschäftigt die Menschen, welche Ursachen es für ein bestimmtes Handeln gibt. Es wird nach Gründen gesucht, warum in einer bestimmten Situation ein Mensch ein bestimmtes Verhalten gezeigt hat. Hat man diese Gründe verstanden und analysiert, ist es möglich, zukünftige Handlungen dieser Person vorherzusagen. Gleichzeitig kann jedoch auch das zukünftige Verhalten beeinflusst werden, um bestimmte Ergebnisse zu vermeiden oder zu erzielen. Um diese Ursachen und Sachverhalte aufzudecken, wurden schon früh empirische Forschungen betrieben. Vor allem Heider wird als Vorreiter der attributionspsychologischen Forschung bezeichnet und seine Ergebnisse hat die Bildung von Theorien stark beeinflusst.
