Diese Arbeit schlägt die Entwicklung einer mehrschichtigen interoperablen serviceorientierten Architektur für das E-Procurement-Framework für mehrstufige Organisationen vor. Verschiedene Modelle der SOA-Implementierung wie ESB, Web Service, CORBA, DCOM und RIM, die die Vor- und Nachteile jedes einzelnen angeben. Wir haben das Servicemodul mit XML Webservice und SOAP als Kommunikationsprotokoll implementiert. Als Implementierungsplattform wurde .Net Framework mit C# als Programmiersprache und SQL Server 2005 zum Speichern von Daten gewählt. Dieser Rahmen wird dazu beitragen, eine Konvergenz der Anliegen zu erreichen, Einheitlichkeit und Transparenz in Beschaffungsprozessen von mehrstufigen Organisationen sowie Regierungsorganisationen zu fördern. Es hilft auch, eine lose gekoppelte Integration auf Anwendungsebene zu erreichen, wodurch die Computer-zu-Computer-Interaktion verbessert wird, die für die Förderung einer effizienten B2B-Zusammenarbeit erforderlich ist.
