The Environmental Illuminati (EI), a small, secretive cabal of elitists, controls this oppressive global juggernaut. At the helm is Rainbow Pristine, Luke Dodge's one-time college lover and lifelong nemesis. Once a free ocean spirit, Luke Dodge struggles to exist under the environmental police state. He eats virtual fish, fishes from a virtual pier and works every day to avoid being sent to the environmental gulag, Soy Tap Farm. Luke escapes to Santa Cruz Island, where at the bottom of the sea lie tablets containing seven essential truths that describe man's best relationship with nature. If Luke is able to find and share the seven truths, the EI would be exposed and ECOSOC would collapse, setting mankind free. Massive forces work to prevent such a coup as Luke fights for his life and tries to restore balance to humanity.
