Become animal, survive.Remain human, perish. The end.People went too far, polluting and destroying the environment. Their actions awakened the biggest of all monsters, the earth. To protect itself, the planet will attack only the people and their structures. Nature and wildlife are untouched. The only survivors are the ones acting like animals. They embark on a long journey crawling toward the warm South. Before the great awakening of the planet, a scientist acting on a prophetic dream buries an intricate container in a vast field of grass. On top of it, he will plant flowers of the brightest red.Capo, a mute hunchback limited to crawling and treated worse than a stray dog, becomes a leader in this upside-down world.A boy with the name of four kings owns an unknown mystery.A brilliant mellow scholar becomes fierce and without conscience.Two women who have lost their newborns believe they have been impregnated by nature.A strong poacher and bar fighter blends with the wolves to fight dogs that have become their enemies.A weak, blonde girl who valued her nails, hair, and gossip more than life becomes a rugged and fearless survivor.A young woman, following a group of gorillas, crosses paths with Capo. Sharing a common handicap, they must fight and flee the gorillas to become a couple. This story sets the characters in an untold situation, giving way to extraordinary scenes. The survivors must avoid all human gestures. They become beasts, learning to crawl on four legs, communicate, dress, shelter, eat, and mate the way animals do. If not, they die, swallowed by the soil of an unforgiving planet. Even newborns have their legs broken to prevent them from walking. A horrific story that ends with the word beginning.
