Dumped, Dazed & Dazzled, is a fictional account of a true story told by Sage, a lovable, strong-minded, Husky-Shepherd dog. Dumped in Riverside, California's Fairmount Park, Sage finds friendship, misses going to the Dog Pound by the length of his nose, and stumbles into a diverse, multi-cultural neighborhood where he is adopted by his new family, MJ and her daughter Meg. Sage paws his way through self-doubt and fear to discover himself and his purpose in life. When he learns that Meg needs his help as an alert dog, Sage chooses a life of service and assistance. And he becomes a therapy and read-to-me dog. But Sage bites his lip anxiously. Will trouble nip at his heels? Or will he be able to exercise the dogged determination needed to reach beyond his wildest dreams and become a hero?
