Lessons from the Cold War are coming back to life. In the early 1950s, when Wiley Earnest Freeman arrived in besieged Korea, the wheels of fate and fortune for a good many people shifted gears. Earlier, as a platoon sergeant on the frontlines in World War II, Wiley Earnest Freeman grew familiar with the layout of a typical battlefield, but the Cold War has changed everything. Now the bustling streets of major cities and the boardrooms of government organizations are where the really lethal dramas play out.
