Besteht die ZPO im digitalen Zeitalter? Die Blockchain-Technologie ermoglicht die Erstellung einer Vielzahl von Token, welche aufgrund von Marktentwicklungen einen enormen wirtschaftlichen Wert erreichen konnen. Es uberrascht daher nicht, wenn Token potentielle Vollstreckungsobjekte darstellen. Die in der ZPO vorgesehenen Vollstreckungsmassnahmen stossen in Bezug auf Token allerdings regelmassig an ihre Grenzen. Die vorliegende Arbeit zeigt diese Grenzen auf und legt dar, dass die Vollstreckung in Token auch eine grundrechtliche Dimension hat. Auf dieser Grundlage wird ein Vorschlag zur Neufassung des Zwangsvollstreckungsrechts entwickelt, welcher sowohl die Interessen des Glaubigers als auch des Schuldners berucksichtigt.
