The research is carried out with the objective of elaborating a system of activities to develop the ability to order chronologically in ninth grade students of the ESBEC José Martí. The Teaching Material is structured as follows: an introduction, development, conclusions, recommendations, bibliographical references, bibliographies and annexes. In the development, some tendencies on the teaching of History since the colony, the importance of teaching historical facts in current times, the importance of the development of teaching skills, as well as the general methodological considerations for their formation and development are exposed.
