Der "objektive" Zurechnungsfaktor ist, einfach ausgedrückt, dann gegeben, wenn das "Verschulden" des Handelnden (subjektiver Faktor) für die Zurechnung der Haftung irrelevant ist; in diesen Fällen kommt der Haftpflichtige nur durch den Nachweis des Verschuldens eines anderen vom Haken.
