Synopsis "Creating Our Best World: A Global Mindfulness Project (in English)"
This Global Mindfulness Project is designed to help you to explore your potential, improve your awareness, and enhance your quality of life. It is part of The Creative Learning Series which aims to inspire people everywhere to create a kinder world.Here there is a simple mindfulness script and a seven-day plan which we can all follow, and if we do, we will harness our creative energy to make a real change in the world we all share.Mindfulness is a way of learning to be kind, wise and purposeful, with yourself, in your relationships with others, and in the world. It is a natural process which harnesses your imagination, and increases your awareness of your intrinsic capacity for learning, growing, healing and transforming. It takes practice and persistence, but over time, you will notice a difference in how you feel every day, how you deal with challenges, and how you can make positive changes, in your own life, your community, and the wider world.
