In fact, considering that this environment has its own characteristics and may present weaknesses in the formalization of electronic contracts, the present study seeks to analyze these new contractual aspects. Therefore, the objective is to investigate how electronic contracts formalized in the metaverse can impact the capacity of the parties involved in the legal business.
