Synopsis "Competition Law in the Maritime Sector"
This work deals with the subject of competition law in the maritime sector, its evolution over the last two centuries in the European Community, the importance of competition regulation, the path travelled until the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), its historical evolution and normative structure, at the level of Community law in the maritime sector.
