He is the former Chief of Retinal Surgery at the Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston, a Faculty member of Harvard Medical School, and a Visiting Scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. "Coming to Life" is Dr. Weiss's sixth book.
