Synopsis "Chlamydophila felis BEI HAUSTIERKATZEN (in German)"

Die vorliegende Studie zielte darauf ab, die serologische Diagnose von Chlamydophila felis mit Hilfe von zwei serologischen Techniken durchzuführen: indirekte Immunfluoreszenz, in den Modalitäten des kommerziellen Kits (COMMERCIAL RIFI), und im Haus-Assay (RIFI OVO), und ELISA, wobei diese RIFI OVO und ELISA-Tests mit Chlamydophila abortus-Antigen, das in embryonierten Eiern von Hühnern SPF produziert wurde, vorbereitet wurden. Zusätzlich wollten wir eine molekulare Diagnose von C. felis durchführen und die Differentialdiagnose der felinen Chlamydiose in Bezug auf eine Infektion mit dem felinen Herpesvirus Typ 1 (HVF-1), dem felinen Immundefizienz-Virus (FIV) und dem felinen Leukämie-Virus (FeLV) erstellen.
