The theme for Conchas y Café Zine; Volume 9, Issue 1: Buried Seeds Grow is "Out of Place." Through poetry and writing that explores the concept of "being out of place," our writers and artists dissect the nature of loneliness, displacement, and discrimination in hopes that these human conditions are better understood to be universal, and at times, self-inflicted.
