Years later, his son, 13-year-old Reason Nelson, finds the map hidden behind an award his dad won before going to prison. The map places Reason at odds with the Nomad, a cold-blooded killer. Jessie Dalton, former vice president of the Outlaws biker club once led by Reason's father, offers his help but Jessie finds it a challenge to keep Reason safe due to his addiction to drugs.During an intervention, Jessie informs Reason that his father, Rain, has spent most of his life locked up, and when the Kid and the Con meet the first time, Jessie knows a lot of healing needs to take place before father and son can get on with their lives.
