Through my transparency, trials, and triumphs, I share my transformational experience in the making process. According to the Prophet Jeremiah, leaders are born. I believe leaders are born with purpose but developed through the submission and humility process. Successful leadership began when I became obedient to God and accountability to those assigned to prepare me for purpose. Just as Jesus was subject to Joseph, I felt I must be subject to those that are responsible for perfecting me for ministry according to Ephesians 4:12. Positioned for Success required a call to holiness and the courage and ability for me to stand against compromise. Since my purpose was awaiting my arrival, I needed to get in place and position myself for success. It is about real life struggles and challenges associated with ministry and leadership.
